Our continuing education courses are divided into several chapters. You now can take and complete each chapter separately, thus allowing you to take the class on different computers if you would like. For example, you can study a chapter at home and when you complete that chapter, be sure to click on finish so that a link can be provided for the next chapter. You can choose to study that chapter at that time or continue later, even on a different computer. You will need to complete each chapter, however, on the same computer.

If you have started a class before this date, the complete course will need to be completed on the same computer as started.

When you complete the final quiz and record your score, a roster will be sent to the state real estate commission at that time reporting your completion of the course. When you record the time spent on the course, your certificate(s) will be created in Adobe PDF format for you to download or print at that time. You will also be able to login at a later date to download your certificates.
